Olympus Hiking tour
Stage 1 . Pick up from your Thessaloniki Hotel
Meeting 07:00 at your hotel. Transfer to Mountain Olympus . Start climbing by our bus or mini bus to the monastery of Agios Dionysios, at about 1100m. Hear we start our walking / hiking.
It is an amazingly beautiful place to cross, drowned in greenery, with Enipeas stream running along with us.
On the way, we stop by one of the numerous crystal clear pools, where we have our light lunch and hot(coffee) - cold (water / refreshment) drinks.
Our guide will introduce you to the very interesting and unique in many cases flora of Mt. Olympus! We are at the very heart of the lower part of the mythic mountain. We will end up to the Cave of Saint Dionysios .
Stop for rest and we will start our ascending ,where we will rest near a creek close to the monastery.
Total walking / hikking distance approximately 1 hour.
